Danielle Sheppard is a California Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy for individuals, couples, or parents experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, career-related stress, or other significant life changes.
Her neuroaffirming work supports late-identified autistic, ADHD or AuDHD adults, whether formally diagnosed or not. She also supports parents and partners seeking deeper understanding and more useful ways to respond.
Her grief work supports people living with loss and draws upon her experience as a Certified Grief Educator and Certified Grief Coach.

Using a neurodiversity-affirming, client-centered, and trauma-informed approach, Danielle tailors care to each client’s needs. Her work draws from attachment theory, psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, and spiritual psychology.

Danielle holds a Master of Science in Counseling from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
